Over the years, 3T’s Clubhouse has helped develop athletes at every stage of the game, with one 3T's alum advancing to the professional level and 80 athletes earning college baseball and softball commitments. Hundreds of players have trained through our programs, logging thousands of development hours in a system built on precision, accountability, and long-term growth. We don’t measure success by shortcuts or empty promises; winning starts with development, and our focus has always been on preparing athletes to compete at the highest level they are capable of reaching.

Welcome to our state-of-the-art 30,000 sq. ft. indoor turf facility in Elkhart, Iowa, located just one mile east of Interstate 35, Exit 96. We’re officially open and ready for athletes to train year-round!

Indoor Turf Field

27,000 sq ft of open turf area with a full infield layout, designed for game-speed reps and high-level training in any season.

Batting Cages

16 enclosed batting cages built for hitting, pitching, and individualized skill development.

Weight Room

A performance-driven strength and conditioning space focused on athlete development and durability.

Mezzanine Level

Home to our advanced pitching lab and a comfortable parent viewing area overlooking the entire facility.

3T's Baseball Academy

This 6-week program is built for players who want to stay consistent, develop, and separate themselves this summer.

Program Details:

6 Weeks (June 1 – July 9)

24 Total Hours of Training

2 Sessions per Week (2 hours each)

Monday–Thursday | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Each session focuses on hitting, defense, strength, and speed, led by the 3T’s coaching staff in a structured, high-energy environment designed for real development.
