Who we are
Established as a premier indoor sports facility in 2013, 3T’s Clubhouse began with the aim of delivering premier baseball and softball training under one roof. From its foundation, 3T's has grown into a dynamic hub offering private and group instruction, club teams, strength & conditioning classes, and year-round development opportunities.
By leveraging its space as home to the 3T’s baseball club teams, the Clubhouse provides not only training and practice venues but also a competitive platform for athletes to improve, showcase skills, and grow.
The new 3T’s Clubhouse facility stands as a true one-stop shop for athletes of all levels. Designed to meet every training need under a single roof, it features state-of-the-art batting cages, pitching tunnels, open turf areas for fielding and agility work, a full strength and performance training area, and recovery space. The upgraded environment allows athletes to refine every aspect of their game—from speed and mechanics to mindset and strength—without having to leave the building. Whether training individually, with a team, or under professional instruction, players have access to all the resources needed to succeed year-round.
Our staff at 3T’s Clubhouse is composed of coaches, instructors, and mentors who bring deep knowledge of baseball and softball, unwavering enthusiasm for the games, and a commitment to helping each athlete reach their potential. From fundamental skill-building to advanced techniques, our team utilizes modern best practices to foster growth—both on and off the field. Our environment fosters an attitude of effort, sportsmanship, and hard work, and we expect our athletes and their families to uphold these same values.
At 3T’s, we believe success is about more than wins. It’s about consistent improvement, dedication to fundamentals, the ability to compete with integrity, and developing as both a player and a person.
When athletes join 3T’s Clubhouse, they gain access to a year-round indoor facility, personalized instruction, group training sessions, and the opportunity to compete alongside committed peers under the guidance of professional-level coaching. We’re excited to guide each athlete’s journey, help them become the best version of themselves athletically and personally, and look forward to the path ahead.
