
Alex Jorgensen serves as the Director of Player Development at 3T's Clubhouse, bringing seven years of collegiate coaching experience and a strong background as both a former collegiate and professional baseball player. His experience as a player and coach provides a unique perspective on what it takes to develop athletes and prepare them for success at the next level.
Throughout his coaching career, Alex has specialized in player development, recruiting, and performance training. He is passionate about helping athletes maximize their potential through individualized development plans focused on skill enhancement, physical performance, and long-term growth. His areas of expertise include pitching development & arm care, defensive skill work, strength and conditioning integration, and building competitive habits that translate to game-day success.
A 2019 graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University, Alex earned a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Coaching and Human Performance. Following his collegiate career, he pitched professionally in the Frontier League, pitching 22.1 innings and recording an ERA of 0.81 during his 10 appearances out of the bullpen.
