At 3Ts, we’re dedicated to helping athletes unlock their full potential through our elite Strength & Conditioning and Nutrition Program—designed specifically to build stronger, faster, and more explosive athletes.

Our Strength & Conditioning Program develops well-rounded, powerful athletes through structured, progressive training that delivers real results. Each athlete follows a foundational strength plan with a baseball and softball-specific focus, integrating speed and agility work to sharpen quickness, footwork, and overall athletic performance.

Through explosive medicine ball exercises, players enhance rotational power and core stability—the keys to improving both hitting and throwing performance. Every session is designed to support on-field success, reduce injury risk, and help athletes move better, get stronger, and compete with confidence.

Our commitment doesn’t stop in the weight room. 3Ts Nutrition Support ensures that athletes are fueling their bodies for peak performance and faster recovery. We provide personalized nutrition strategies covering everything from meal planning and hydration to game-day fueling, all tailored to meet the specific demands of baseball, softball, and each athlete’s individual goals.

Proper nutrition is the foundation of athletic success—and with 3Ts, players gain the knowledge and habits to maximize performance, enhance recovery, and sustain long-term health both on and off the field.
