Will brings a wealth of experience and leadership to 3T’s Clubhouse as Director of Operations. A four-year varsity player at Vernon Hills High School in Illinois, he served as a two-year team captain, earned the Cougar Award for leadership and character, and helped lead his team to a Regional Championship in 2022. He continued his playing career at Carroll University in 2023 before a career-ending injury shifted his focus to coaching. 

Currently a student at Iowa State University, Will combines his academic pursuits with his passion for player development. In addition to his leadership role, he serves as an infield coach, working directly with athletes to strengthen their defensive skills and overall understanding of the game. 

At 3T’s, Will oversees all aspects of program operations, ensuring players have a development-focused, positive experience. His firsthand experience as a player and team leader informs his commitment to fostering growth, teamwork, and a love of the game for every athlete in the program.
