Looking to stay game-ready throughout the summer? We've got you covered.

College Summer Throwing Program
May through July

Elevated Pitching is offering college summer programming for athletes looking to continue & improve their development.

Each athlete will undergo an OnBaseU pitching screen and a motion-capture assessment with Uplift AI. These motion capture assessments will provide detailed 3D kinematic analysis to help athletes optimize performance and minimize injury risk. PDF reports will highlight common movement flags in the pitching delivery.

After completing the motion capture and movement assessment, athletes will meet with our coaches to develop a comprehensive throwing & strength plan that aligns with their needs and goals.

Phase I- Throwing (Nov. 2 - Nov. 27)

The first phase will be a light throwing progression to get athletes back on track and prepared for our on-ramp. Emphasis will be put on establishing quality pre & post-throwing routines for each athlete that will be used throughout the program.

Phase II- On-Ramp (Nov. 30 - Jan. 8)

The on-ramp phase will consist of two higher intensity throwing days per week with a light day in between. Athletes will follow a strict plyo progression with mound blending built in. We will end each week (5) with velocity testing and conclude with a de-load week before our mound velocity phase.

Phase III- Mound Velocity (Jan. 11 - Feb. 19)

After completing the on-ramp, pitchers will move to mound velocity, which will have a similar format to our on-ramp. Athletes will be tested each week, and again conclude with a de-load week before moving to pitch design and live at-bats.

Phase IV- Pitch Design (Feb. 22 - March 19)

The fourth phase will incorporate Rapsodo Pitching technology as each athlete will have their arsenal analyzed by our staff. Feedback from this technology will provide answers to our pitchers and coaches to help make better decisions on what we can improve, add, or eliminate in each athlete’s repertoire. This will ultimately help pitchers solidify their identity on the mound as they approach live at-bats and the spring season.

Phase V- Live At-Bats/Spring League (March 22 - April 30)

The final phase will help athletes transition from training mode to in-season mode as we start the spring season. Our staff will prepare athletes to set their weekly schedules going forward with routines to manage their workload throughout the competitive season.

Catch play and drill work will again focus on athletic movements. Athletes will be tested each week, and again conclude with a de-load week before moving to our command phase.

Phase IV- Command (Feb. 22 - March 26)

The fourth phase will be centered around command with a variety of bullpen games and pitch tracking. Athletes will be challenged to attack the strike zone while still being able to throw with a high level of intensity. We want each athlete to leave the program with the confidence to dominate on the mound.
